"I’m Kimberly Lawrence, and my journey in the automotive industry started at just 13 years old when I began working at my first dealership. From day one, I was hooked. I learned the ins and outs of the business the old-school way — using ledgers and working without the aid of computers. Over the next 18 years, I worked at just two dealerships, building a deep, hands-on understanding of everything from customer service to warranty claims.

When I launched Lawrence’s Warranty Service, I did so with one thing in mind: to help dealerships like yours recover every dollar you’re owed under warranty, while providing the personal touch that I know is so important in this industry. I treat your dealership like it’s my own, and that means forging real connections with your service and office staff. Communication is key in warranty, and that’s something I pride myself on.

Chelsea Diodato, my partner and office manager, has dedicated 12 years to the automotive industry. She began her career as a service cashier at a dealership and steadily advanced to the role of warranty administrator, embracing every step of her journey with enthusiasm and pride.
