  • Submit RO for Manufacturer Payment: Once verified, we submit the Repair Order (RO) to the manufacturer for payment and promptly close the RO if all details are correct.

  • Timely Payment and Closure: All ROs submitted to us for processing that are accurate will be paid and closed by the end of each payroll cycle and at the end of each month.

  • Weekly Warranty Schedule Review: We review your warranty schedule on a weekly basis to ensure all accounting corrections and journal vouchers (JVs) are accurately completed and up to date.
