Discrepancy Notifications: We promptly notify the appropriate staff member of any discrepancies or questions related to a warranty claim, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining claim accuracy.
Submit RO for Manufacturer Payment: Once verified, we submit the Repair Order (RO) to the manufacturer for payment and promptly close the RO if all details are correct.
Timely Payment and Closure: All ROs submitted to us for processing that are accurate will be paid and closed by the end of each payroll cycle and at the end of each month.
Weekly Warranty Schedule Review: We review your warranty schedule on a weekly basis to ensure all accounting corrections and journal vouchers (JVs) are accurately completed and up to date.
